കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രിസഭാ പുനസംഘടന ഈ വാരം; മന്ത്രിമാരുടെ എണ്ണം വർധിച്ചേക്കും

രണ്ടാം മോദി സർക്കാരിന്റെ ആദ്യ മന്ത്രിസഭാ പുനസംഘടന ഈ ആഴ്ച നടന്നേക്കും, ഔദ്യോഗിക സ്ഥിരീകരണമൊന്നും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും, ജൂലൈ 19 ന് ആരംഭിക്കാൻ പോകുന്ന പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ വർഷകാല സമ്മേളനത്തിന് മുന്നോടിയായി ഈ ആഴ്ച അവസാനം മന്ത്രിസഭാ പുനസംഘടനയുണ്ടാവുമെന്നാണ് വിവരം.

കോവിഡ് -19 മഹാമാരി കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിലെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉന്നയിച്ച് സർക്കാരിനെതിരെ വിമർശനത്തിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ് പുനസംഘടന.

ജോതിരാദിത്യ സിന്ധ്യ, അസം മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി സർബാനന്ദ സോനോവാൾ, ലോക് ജനശക്തി പാർട്ടിയിൽ രാംവിലാസ് പാസ്വാന്റെ മകൻ ചിരാഗ് പാസ്വാനെതിരെ അട്ടിമറിക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽഖിയ പശുപതി പരാസ് തുടങ്ങിയ നേതാക്കളുടെ പേരുകൾ പുനസംഘടനയുമായി ഉയർന്നുകേൾക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

2019ന് ശേഷം കുറഞ്ഞത് രണ്ട് സഖ്യകക്ഷികളെങ്കിലും എൻഡിഎ വിട്ട് പോയിരുന്നു. ശിവസേനയും ശിരോമണി അകാലിദളും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ വിട്ട് പോയ കക്ഷികളാണ്. അതിനാൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയും ബിജെപിയും സഖ്യകക്ഷികൾക്ക് പുതിയ മന്ത്രിസഭയിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഇടം നൽകുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

ലോക്സഭാ അംഗങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണത്തിന്റെ 15 ശതമാനം വരെ അംഗങ്ങളെയാണ് കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രിസഭയിൽ പരമാവധി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താനാവുക. ഇത് പ്രകാരം 81 അംഗങ്ങളെ വരെ കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രിസഭയിലുൾപ്പെടുത്തെമെങ്കിലും മോദി മന്ത്രിസഭയിൽ നിലവിൽ 53 അംഗങ്ങളാണുള്ളത്. ഇതിനാൽ തന്നെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഒരു ഡസനോളം മന്ത്രിമാരെ പുനസംഘടനയിൽ അധികമായി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
