കേരളത്തെ ഉദാരമായി സഹായിക്കുമെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തരമന്ത്രി അമിത് ഷാ

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: മഴക്കെടുതിയിൽ കേരളത്തെ ഉദാരമായി സഹായിക്കുമെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തമന്ത്രി അമിത് ഷാ. കേരള ഗവർണർ പി.സദാശിവവുമായി സംസാരിച്ച ശേഷമാണ് അദ്ദേഹം സഹായം ഉറപ്പ് നൽകിയത്. ഇക്കാര്യം ഗവർണർ തന്നെയാണ് ട്വീറ്ററിലൂടെ അറിയിച്ചത്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സാഹചര്യം കേന്ദ്രത്തെ അറിയിച്ചുവെന്നു ഗവർണർ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

"പ്രളയം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തരമന്ത്രി അമിത് ഷാ കേരളത്തിന് ഉദാരമായ സഹായങ്ങൾ നൽകുമെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചു. പ്രളയത്തിലും ഉരുൾപൊട്ടലിലും സംസ്ഥാനത്തുണ്ടായ നഷ്ടങ്ങൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ അറിയിച്ചു. രക്ഷാപ്രവർത്തനത്തെ കുറിച്ചും നിലവിലെ സാഹചര്യവും വ്യക്തമാക്കി," ഗവർണർ ട്വിറ്ററിൽ കുറിച്ചു.

Had sought from Honble @HMOIndia more support for relief operations in land slide affected areas of Malappuram& other districts. My report cites rising death toll, extent of damage caused,magnitude of displacement, the hurdles in rescue work etc #KeralaFloods2019

അതേസമയം അടിയന്തര ദുരിതാശ്വാസത്തിന് 52. 27കോടി രൂപ കേന്ദ്രം അനുവദിച്ചു. സൈന്യമുൾപ്പടെ കേരളം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ കേന്ദ്രം നല്‍കിയെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര വിദേശകാര്യ സഹമന്ത്രി വി മുരളീധരന്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ പക്കൽ ആവശ്യത്തിന് പണമുണ്ടെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു. കഴിഞ്ഞതവണ പ്രളയസഹായമായി അനുവദിച്ച തുകയില്‍ 1400 കോടി രൂപ കേരളം ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. 2047 കോടി രൂപയാണ് കേന്ദ്രം അനുവദിച്ചത്. ഇതില്‍ ചിലവഴിക്കാത്ത 1400 കോടിയോളം രൂപ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‍റെ കയ്യിലുണ്ടെന്നും മുരളീധരൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
