Shylock, ഷൈലോക്ക്
‘രാജാധിരാജ’, ‘മാസ്റ്റര്‍പീസ്’ തുടങ്ങിയ സിനിമകള്‍ക്ക് ശേഷം മമ്മൂട്ടിയും അജയ് വാസുദേവും ഒന്നിക്കുന്ന ചിത്രമാണ് ‘ഷൈലോക്ക്’. ബിബിന്‍ മോഹനും അനീഷും ചേര്‍ന്നാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന് തിരക്കഥയൊരുക്കുന്ന ചിത്രം നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നത് ഗുഡ്‌വിൽ എന്റര്‍ടെയ്ന്‍മെന്‍റാണ്. ചിത്രത്തിൽ മീനയും ഒരു പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രത്തെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. നടൻ രാജ് കിരൺ ആദ്യമായി അഭിനയിക്കുന്ന മലയാള ചിത്രം എന്ന പ്രത്യേകതയും ‘ഷൈലോക്കി’നുണ്ട്. ‘ഷൈലോക്ക്’ ഒരു മാസ് ആക്ഷന്‍ ഫാമിലി ചിത്രമായിരിക്കുമെന്നാണ് ചിത്രത്തെ കുറിച്ച് അജയ് വാസുദേവ് പ്രതികരിച്ചത്.

Shylock: The Moneylender
After Masterpiece, Mammootty and Ajai Vasudev are all set to team up again. This time for a mass action, family drama titled Shylock: The Moneylender. The movie will mark the third collaboration between Mammootty and Ajai Vasudev, after RajadhiRaja and Masterpiece.
Interestingly, Shylock is also the name of the main antagonist in William Shakespeare’s play The Merchant of Venice. The character is a Jewish moneylender. It is unclear if the film is inspired by Shakespeare’s antagonist or the entire film is based on the 16th century play.
The movie which is scripted by Aneesh Hameed and Bibin Mohan. Gopi Sundar will be scoring the music for the film while Ranadive will be handling the cinematography. The upcoming film also marks the Mollywood debut of seasoned Tamil actor Rajkiran.Read More
